The Personal Wellness Profile is a whole (holistic) wellness verbal assessment consultation that provides a Comprehensive Wellness Summary & Recommendations Report. This assessment is a tool designed to provide a way for my clients to "zoom out" & take a look at the "big picture" which helps my client and I to see where there may be areas to refine and eliminate toxic lifestyle habits, chemical toxins, & overall well-being.
Personal Wellness Profiles are a helping tool to track and log change overtime. During this consultation, we will look at all life input/output angles, track your wellness data, help you to evaluate what is working or not working, and make necessary adjustments.
